Bubble Baths Are Great for Morning Wakeups

Are you one of those who thinks the only reason to have a bubble bath is to relax before bed? Then you are in for an eye-opener. Did you know that certain scents in your morning bubble bath can actually help you do better during your day?

Yep, it's true. Just try it sometime. Add spearmint to a morning bubble bath. Especially on one of those days that you know will be hectic. Then you will be a convert as well.

I'm one of those converts. I always thought a shower and coffee were the only way to go in the morning. That is until I tried a bubble bath because I couldn't get my head wet. Wow, did that convert me.

First, a bubble bath is relaxing. It helps you relieve stress and anxiety just in the fact of taking a bubble bath. When you add in a spearmint scent, either as the bubbles or as essential oils, you get an energizing effect. It also helps boost mental energy. In other words, you can think clearer, focus better.

Just imagine. Stress reduction, energy boost and better mental focus. How much better will your day be if you can get all of that in just the simple act of having a morning bubble bath?

Plus, drink your coffee or tea while in the tub. Now, you can't do that with a shower!
