Easy Gift Ideas: Bubble Bath Gift Baskets

With Valentine's Day coming, we are all thinking about possible gift ideas. Even for lots more than just Valentine's Day, don't we all need ideas for those perfect gifts? Yep.

Gift baskets have always been a favorite of mine. I love giving them and getting them. Bubble bath gift baskets make great choices for Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, birthdays, anniversaries, any occasion. It's an easy gift choice that any woman will appreciate.

When you can match the bubble bath gift basket to a particular scent that she loves or appreciates using, that's all the better. But most women are pleased with all the luxurious items that come in a bubble bath gift basket.

There are always so little extra fun items for a bubble bath gift basket. One of my favorites is cupcake bath bombs. They are made to look like cupcakes. But they are great moisturizing bubble baths as well. The frosting and topping is hand-made soap, so that floats in the bath and can be used just like any soap.

With bubble bath gift baskets, not only does your lady get bubble bath, but many baskets include lotions and little extras for her. Those little extras can be great new things for her to try.

Giving a bubble bath gift basket is not just the products you give, it's also giving her a relaxing or refreshing soak in the tub. That extra time to help her reduce stress and pamper herself. Aha - double duty in a gift. How perfect is that?

Pamper Yourself to Reduce Your Stress

Did you know that just the act of pampering yourself can reduce your stress? Yep, sure can. And actually it's simple. Just your regular spa time can help you relax, sleep better and take your mind off worries.

Look at all the things we do to help keep us younger-looking and fit. We eat right, exercise, drink plenty of water. So why not include those other things that will take care of our external bodies and reduce our stress.

Just the act of doing them can help us calm down in a stressful situation. Like spending time giving ourselves a nice foot bath and pedicure. The half hour it takes to do that will be a half hour where we don't wallow in the anger over what a co-worker did. We stop thinking about the boss's idiot decision, the kids latest mess, or the problem of finding time to get the dog to the vet for the annual shots.

Now, wouldn't you just love to have even a half an hour where those things aren't racing through your mind? That's what pampering can do for you. Take your mind away.

And that is reducing your stress levels. You make your feet look better, you feel great and you reduce your stress. That makes you healthier inside and out. All in one pampering activity. Ooo, I love that triple duty stuff.

Bubble Baths Are Great for Morning Wakeups

Are you one of those who thinks the only reason to have a bubble bath is to relax before bed? Then you are in for an eye-opener. Did you know that certain scents in your morning bubble bath can actually help you do better during your day?

Yep, it's true. Just try it sometime. Add spearmint to a morning bubble bath. Especially on one of those days that you know will be hectic. Then you will be a convert as well.

I'm one of those converts. I always thought a shower and coffee were the only way to go in the morning. That is until I tried a bubble bath because I couldn't get my head wet. Wow, did that convert me.

First, a bubble bath is relaxing. It helps you relieve stress and anxiety just in the fact of taking a bubble bath. When you add in a spearmint scent, either as the bubbles or as essential oils, you get an energizing effect. It also helps boost mental energy. In other words, you can think clearer, focus better.

Just imagine. Stress reduction, energy boost and better mental focus. How much better will your day be if you can get all of that in just the simple act of having a morning bubble bath?

Plus, drink your coffee or tea while in the tub. Now, you can't do that with a shower!

Nothing gets me in the mood for the holidays than the right scents. Peppermint, gingerbread spice and freshly fallen snow are just some of those charming odors that make me feel festive.

Starting them off right with those scents in the bubble bath couldn't be better. Festive bubble bath time is ideal whether getting ready for a holiday party, or just getting in the mood for Thanksgiving or Christmas decorating.

My bubble bath time is sacred in my world, so I like to make the most of it with special bubble bath scents and accessories. When I can combine those charming and delightful holiday scents, then I'm definitely in heaven.

Then, I start looking for unique and unusual gift ideas for my family and friends. The idea that I can put together my own combination of things to create the perfect gift is even better.

With festive bubble bath supplies, I can have it all. The right scent with a charming holiday sponge to go with it, is a great idea. A gift that I can give with a personal touch.

So whether it's for your own festive bubble bath or as a gift for someone else, get your holiday time off right with Christmas bubble bath scents and accessories.

Fun Gift Ideas for Women: Pampered T-Shirts

We all seem to in need of fun gift ideas for just about everyone on our gift list. Funny t-shirts are one of my favorite things to give. For those women who like to pamper themselves, and frankly, who doesn't, a funny pampered t-shirt is a great gift idea.

I think every woman has a desire to be considered a diva, even if it's a secret desire. So there are many gals on my gift list who would certainly enjoy a pampered t-shirt. Maybe there are a few on your gift list as well.

Not just t-shirts, maybe a hoodie or a sweatshirt is in order for your recipients. But, don't forget about other kinds of shirts like long-sleeved or 3/4 sleeve. Maybe it's a tank top that works best. But funny pampered designs can also be on zippered hoodies, even sleeveless sweatshirts. Won't those be a fun fashion statement for just about everyone.

But, don't forget to gift yourself a great pampered self t-shirt. You can proudly announce your own enjoyment at being a diva.

Using Scents to Help Your Mind, Body and Spirit

Did you know your nose plays a big part in how you feel? Not just emotionally, but also mentally and physically, too. As a matter of fact, this even has a name: aromatherapy. It's the use of scents found in nature to improve mood, mental alertness and even relieve physical ailments.

You can read plenty more about the different scents and what they will do for you at Scented Bubble Baths - How They Can Help. What you want to remember is that aromatherapy really does great things for you.

If you have an upset stomach, you can do something as simple as suck on a peppermint candy. It's not the candy that helps, but the scent of the peppermint going through your nose that calms your upset stomach.

When you want to relax and calm frazzled nerves, the scents of chamomile, lavender and vanilla all soothe and relax you. These are especially good if you make use of your night time bath to add in scented oils or scented bubble baths. Talk about a restful sleep.

Your nose has a huge effect on your well being, so take advantage of that and make use of the scents that will aid you. Your mental, emotional and physical wellness will appreciate it.

Renewing and Refreshing Body Scrubs

At my age, I'm always looking for those special ways to make my skin look and feel better. It's more than just trying to look younger or defy gravity. It's as much about keeping my skin healthy. This stuff has to last me through out a whole lifetime, so I want to keep it in good shape.

When I discovered dead sea salt scrubs for my skin, I made a breakthrough. Sure there are plenty of lotions and body soaks. And they do work great for all sorts of things. But, it came to renewing my skin, it was dead sea salt body scrubs that did the trick.

Our bodies continually regenerate skin cells. This happens from inside so the new cells are pushing the old cells to the surface of our skin. It's those old cells that make us look old. When those old cells are removed, the younger fresher cells are revealed.

You can try to moisturize those old cells and that can help for a short time, but why not scrub them off instead? Why not use those moisturizers that you have to keep the new cells looking better?

That's my plan. With the dead sea salt scrubs, I just rub them on my skin, let them scrub off the old cells and then allow the moisturizing and nourishing properties to work on the new skin cells.

Finally, I have a way to make my skin look as fresh, young and renewed as I feel inside. It only takes a once-a-week scrub with my dead sea salts body scrub and I am looking and feeling much better.
